Welcome to The Snow Experience Davos. By booking, purchasing, or participating in any of our courses, lessons, or packages, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

1. General Information

The Snow Experience Davos (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates the website thesnowexperiencedavos.ch, which offers ski and snowboard lessons, courses, and packages. Bookings are managed via LatePoint, with checkout through WooCommerce and payments processed securely via Stripe.

By using our website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Services Offered

We provide:

• Individual and group ski and snowboard lessons
• Specialized courses and seasonal packages
• Discounted multi-day bundles
• Packages that may include ski passes and/or equipment rental

3. Pricing and Discounts

• Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF).
• Discounted rates may apply for multi-day bookings, group registrations, or promotional offers.
• Final prices, including any applicable taxes, are shown at checkout.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices, promotions, and offers at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made online through our LatePoint-powered system.
• Payments are processed via Stripe at the time of checkout through WooCommerce.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards.
• A booking is considered confirmed only once full payment is received and a confirmation email has been sent.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Customer Cancellations:

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start of the service will be refunded in full.
• Cancellations made between 7–13 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable.

Provider Cancellations:

• In the event we must cancel due to weather, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

6. Ski Passes and Equipment Rental

• If your package includes a ski pass, it will be valid only for the dates and ski areas specified in your booking.
• Equipment rental (skis, snowboards, helmets, etc.) is subject to availability. Customers are responsible for proper use and must return equipment in good condition.

7. Liability and Insurance

• Participation in skiing and snowboarding activities involves inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
• We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages arising during lessons, courses, or while using equipment provided.
• Customers are strongly advised to obtain personal accident and travel insurance covering winter sports.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must follow all safety instructions given by instructors.
• Arriving late to a lesson may result in shortened or forfeited service, without refund.
• Customers must disclose any medical conditions or limitations that may affect participation.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We process customer data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. Personal data collected during booking (e.g., name, email, payment details) will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties, except where required to process payments (e.g., Stripe).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Graubünden, Switzerland.
